A service for landlords who do not wish to be involved in the collection of rent but have the time and are able
to deal with the tenants problems and maintenance issues.
This service includes all areas of the Tenant Introduction service with an increased level of referencing and a
FREE RENTAL GUARANTEE provided by Homelet (subject to tenants status). Qlets acts as an
Introducer Appointed Representative.
In addition to the Tenant Introduction services the Rent Collection service includes,
• Serve all notices when required on tenant(s).
• Collect rent and chase any unpaid monies owed to the landlord.
• Read utility meters on move in and final meter readings on vacation (only carried out with the instruction of a
...schedule of conditions)
• In the case of rental arrears serve relevant paperwork to the tenant to make legal any claim made through the
...Rental Guarantee.
• Hold deposit as stakeholders and register the deposit with the government approved 'The Dispute Service'. In the event of any disputes between you and your tenant Qlets will only release.the deposit upon agreement between both the tenant and the landlord.
