This service entrusts all levels of management to Qlets.

A service suited to landlords who do not have the time to over see a tenancy at their property for whatever reason.  This service includes all aspects of the above services, but in addition the landlord agrees that Qlets would have their permission for the following,  

• To carry out minor repairs and or purchases for the property at the landlords best interest without consultation
...up to an agreed amount.  

• To carry out emergency works on the property without prior consent if deemed a security or health risk to the
...tenant(s).  

• To inspect the property every three months and provide a written report to the landlord.  

• Arrange and renew the Tenancy agreement between the landlord and the tenant.  

• To deal with any complaints or queries from the tenant(s) and or neighbours to the property.  

• To deal with any deposit disputes should they arise and arrange for any necessary cleaning to be carried out
...after vacation.
